That is the song we used to sing when we were kids, right ?
And with that song, we were not just learned about alphabets, and also learned how to used it in a word, and then formed a sentence. So learning alphabets is like the basic of our communication skills.
Most of the time, we forget about that. And we just take it for granted, while we should have improve our skills to a new level, in written or oral.
So does, with meditation.
In Anand Ashram, which is founded by Anand Krishna, the first step, the basic exercise to have our stress managed. The program is called Stress Management or Self Empowering 1. And after completing one full round of it, sometimes we forget to back to basic and just move on to other exercises. Yet, these basic exercises are the ones which powerful, according to our no-brainer dear friend, Roy Efferin, and I can't agree more.
It has 5 steps, which are :
1. Speedy Relaxation Technique
Improving our body relaxation state, so we can have a deep, peaceful, relaxation before we continue the journey within.
2. Emotion Culturing
It touches our emotional layer, with vibration. And fix our breathing technique.
3. Voice Culturing
The exercise goes further to let go of our emotional blockage.
4. Sight Culturing
And after cleansing all the blockages, we start to grow love and compassion towards ourselves and others.
5. Mind Culturing
And then finally, the last step to have our mind cultured, so that we will be able to be the Master of ourselves, instead of our mind.
Practicing this 5 exercises, continuously, will improve our life to a better life!
Just like we go to basic exercise, juggling with alphabets, so we can improve our communication skills.
